Every home comes with access built in. $899 a month for the platform, plus $5 per home. Each home includes 10 access keys a month for residents, guests, deliveries, and contractors, shared across your whole community. Access hardware to integrate with your existing gates is included.

Offline edge
Add-onAn on-site edge appliance that keeps every gate checking keys when the internet drops, then syncs when it's back. The appliance is included.
Access hardware to integrate with your existing gate hardware is included for as long as you're subscribed. A one-time setup fee may apply, depending on how your gates and doors are configured.
What's an access key?
A key is anything that opens your gate in a month: a resident's own access, or a pass a resident sends a guest.
Residents
Each resident with access is one key a month, however often they come and go. A home with 2 residents still has 8 keys left for guests.
Guests
Each pass a resident sends is one key: a dinner guest, a dog walker, a contractor for the week. Scanned once or fifty times, it's still one key.
One shared pool
Keys are pooled across the community, so a busy household draws on a quiet one. Go over and extra keys are $0.50 each. Nobody gets turned away at the gate.

Questions
- Is hardware included?
- Yes. The access hardware that integrates with your existing gate hardware (readers, plus the edge appliance if you add offline edge) comes with your plan for as long as you're subscribed. There's nothing to buy up front, and you keep the gates you have.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Sometimes. It depends on how your gates and doors are set up and wired today. We'll look at your entry points and quote any one-time setup before you sign.
- What does offline edge do?
- It puts a Gatewing edge appliance on site that keeps checking keys at every gate when the internet goes down, and catches up when it's back. It's $299 a month per community.
- Do residents count toward our keys?
- Yes. Each active resident is one key a month, no matter how many times they enter. Most homes have two or three residents, which leaves 7 or more keys per home for guests, and unused keys from quieter homes are there for everyone.
- What happens if we go over?
- Extra keys are $0.50 each, added to that month's bill. Gates keep working and passes keep going out. We'll let you know when your community is getting close.
- When does a guest pass count?
- Once, in the month it's sent, however many times it's scanned while it's valid.
